Obituary for Marshall D. Raymond

Services for outstanding businessman Marshall D. Raymond will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Frankfort Cemetery. Rev. Wade Hughes will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Marshall passed away at home Sunday, February 5, 2017. He was born on November 6, 1953 in Central Falls, Rhode Island to the late Merrell Gillman Raymond and Sylvia Ann Bowman Thibodeau. Marshall was the former owner and operator of KENTUCKY CAR WASH. He enjoyed architectural designing and boating. He was a member of the West Frankfort Church of God.

He is survived by two sons, Charles D. Raymond and wife Ashley and Bruce W. Raymond and fiancée Ashlee Jackson. Marshall also leaves behind his siblings, Michael B. Raymond, Marvin D. Raymond, Margaret P. Raymond and Merrell G. Raymond. He was blessed with six grandchildren, Makena Smith, Avah Raymond, Charles Xavier Raymond, Elijah Raymond, Jackson Raymond and Brody Johnson.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Raymond, Charles Raymond, Bruce Raymond, Ashley Raymond, Michael Raymond and Zachary Al-Dbhany. Honorary bearers are Adam Al-Dbhany, John Simon and Dwayne Chadwell.
